Sometimes life is overwhelming. Perhaps you often find yourself grappling with feelings of worry, anxiety, and a sense of being stuck in life’s challenges. Maybe you are seeking relief from constant stress, hoping to discover a deeper sense of peace and serenity. Perhaps you’ve experienced times in your life where you’ve struggled with mild depression. Do you live with chronic health challenges? 

During our initial session, we’ll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals. Feel free to ask any questions you have, and together, we’ll decide if we’ll continue working together. My priority is ensuring you are comfortable and that you find the right therapist for your needs. If necessary, I may refer you to another therapist if our fit isn’t optimal.

It is important to me to foster a non-judgmental and safe atmosphere where you are free to take on new challenges to support your growth and healing process. I utilize a variety of theories and approaches that may include strengths based, solution focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and other integrative approaches such as clinical aromatherapy. I also offer mental health therapy from a Christian faith-based perspective if that is something that is important to you. Our conversations and treatment plan will be customized to address your individual needs.
