Initial Aromatherapy and Wellness Coaching Plan

$150 and includes the following: 

  • 75-minute initial session
  • 15-minute followup mini-session over the phone (scheduled within 2-4 weeks after the initial session)
  • One aromatherapy product tailored to your needs – custom blended or pre-blended (pre-blended is made by myself or another vendor)

$200 and includes the following:

  • 75-minute initial session
  • 15-minute followup mini-session over the phone (scheduled within 2-4 weeks after the initial session)
  • One aromatherapy product tailored to your needs – custom blended or pre-blended (pre-blended is made by myself or another vendor)

*Home visit must be within 10-mile radius of our Plymouth mailing address

Re-order Blending Fee for Custom Made Blend

$35 which includes:

  • A refill of your custom made blend 


$15 *this option only for a re-fill of a pre-blended product that was made by one of my vendors

Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling will be added as follows:

  • $5 for inhalers, 5ml, or 10ml bottles
  • $6.50 for 15ml up to 4oz bottles
  • Additional charge for anything larger


Do I need to keep seeing you for coaching?

Only if you feel it will benefit you. Sometimes it is helpful to have some ongoing support. Let’s start with the first initial session, and then go from there. 

How is the coaching session structured?

The initial session actually has several phases and it also includes a follow up mini-session

  • You schedule your session with me.
  • I email you the intake paperwork and some links to review on my website.
  • You return the paperwork 48 hours prior to our session.
  • We meet for the initial session which is 75-minutes in length. 
  • During the session I clarify any medical history, allergies, medications you’ve listed in your paperwork.
  • We then discuss your goals and barriers to reaching them.
  • We review your aroma preferences and develop a plan for using aromatherapy. 
  • I teach you how to use the aromatherapy product that you will be receiving and how to integrate it into your wellness routine.
  • We schedule the follow up 15-minute mini-coaching session for 2-4 weeks out.
  • You receive the product and let me know your initial reaction.
  • We have our 15-minute mini-coaching session and determine at that time if you would like to continue working together.
Is coaching the same as psychotherapy and counseling?

No. I do not diagnose mental health disorders during coaching sessions. Coaching is focused on your goals for wellness, and I am here to help you along in achieving those goals. Coaching is considered time-limited, where counseling and psychotherapy can continue on into years.  

How do you know what I like the smell of if I don’t see you in person?

There is an aroma/scent preference questionnaire included in the intake paperwork. During the initial coaching session, I will ask more questions about your preferences. 

Do I get my aromatherapy product right away?

It takes a few days (usually 3-5) to formulate and make the aromatherapy product customized just for you. It will take additional time for shipping. You should have your product within a week.

What if I love the product I receive and want to order more?

I offer an option for existing clients to re-order their custom blend. There is a $35 fee to cover the time and expense of re-creating your custom blend from the original formulation.

Do you offer home visits?

I do offer home visits for those that are receiving home care or hospice services within 10 miles of our Plymouth mailing address. We would talk on the phone first to make sure that it would be a good fit, and then make a plan for the visit.

Usually in these types of cases, a pre-blended product is used so that you can get relief right away. If it is determined that a custom blended product is needed instead, that will be mailed out after the visit.

There also may be a time when I may offer a home visit to someone based on their specific circumstances. Please chat with me directly if you have this need.

*Additional charge of $50 will be added to in-home visits.

Where are you located?

At this current time, I do not have a specific office location that I practice out of. Coaching is done over the phone, online, or in the home. 

I am a behavioral health professional, can I access coaching for myself and also make referrals?

Yes, and yes! You can access aromatherapy and wellness coaching services for yourself.

To make a referral, please give your client my contact information. You may also have them sign a release so that you may contact me to discuss specifics about the referral.
